BESPOKE ITINERARY CREATION
I research, design and create your perfect itinerary. You will receive a detailed pdf itinerary created by me for you based on your requirements and needs, with all the info, to follow day by day. It includes recommendations for flights, accommodation, transfers, local transport, activities. You will proceed to book flights, accommodation and transport at the links I recommend.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

You tell me where you would like to go and what you would like to do.

I send you a proposal in broad strokes for free.

If you decide to proceed, I send you an invoice for my service.

I proceed to create your Customized Travel Program.

As soon as I receive payment, I send you your travel PDF.

You read the program and if you have questions I rework it.

Proceed with hotel, transportation reservations at the links you will find in the pdf.

PLEASE NOTE: You will not have to do anything!
I plan the ENTIRE trip, from A to Z, from choosing flights, to finding accommodations, travel, activities and experiences optimizing the time available and places of interest with the utmost care and organization that a tailor-made trip implies. You won't have to do anything, just click on book. In the PDF you will have pre-trip info (insurance, visas, etc.), on-site info, map, a page for each day with all the details day by day (what to do, where to sleep, how to get around).

Thanks to my work you can do 10 or 14 days trips with a budget of 400/800€ (excluding flights) in 3/4 star accommodations, boutique hotels, special places + transportation and activities.
All my clients confirm my accuracy and availability for any questions.

Cost of customized travel itinerary up to 15 days :
289€ up to 2 pax - from 3 pax upwards 144.50€ per person
Cost of customized travel itinerary from 15 to 25 days :
389€ up to 2 pax - from 3 pax and up 194,50€ per person

Cost of customized travel itinerary from 25 to 30 days :
429€ up to 2 pax - from 3 pax and up 214.50€ per person

OPTIONAL: Included in the above cost is an edit and a couple of questions before or during the trip. If, on the other hand, you need more support, with the addition of 144€ total, you can take advantage of my availability whenever you need it via WhatsApp or email both before and during the whole trip.

The pdf travel itinerary includes:
- itinerary structured by optimising the time available;
- map with places of interest
- flights & hotels/particular accommodation (choice and support - even the most particular ones I research and stay in on my trips)
- excursions, places of interest, and on-site activities;
- advice on travel insurance;
- any contacts for car/bike rentals;
- info on currency, useful apps and documents required by the country;​

We set up a telephone appointment (via Skype or Whatsapp call) where you tell me how you imagine your holiday and what you would like to do.

I DESIGN YOUR TAILOR-MADE TRIP
Based on your needs and interests, I prepare a proposal. If you like my proposal, I start structuring your route and turn your idea into the perfect itinerary.

I SEND YOU THE PROGRAMME
Depending on the service you choose, I either send you your detailed travel schedule or proceed with reservations through the tour operator from whom I receive technical direction.
